We are a dedicated team located in Arlington, Virginia servicing the Washington DC Metro area. We specialize in leasing residential units from small local landlords on 2+ year terms, decking the units out with quality furnishings, and hosting traveling professionals who typically stay at our units for 3-6 months at a time. The best part is, we are not a typical property management company... We pay rent to our landlords every month, even if the unit is vacant!

We are not your typical property managers! We are the best tenants you will ever have. We pay our rent on-time, every month regardless of property vacancy status. If desired by the owner, we can pay upto 6 months of rent up-front upon signing our leasing agreement! 

Our goal is to be the last tenant you'll ever need! We sign initial leasing agreements on 24 to 36 month terms and aim to renew these leases for many more years to come. During our occupancy, we regularly schedule check-in calls with our landlords to keep you informed. 

Our goal is to handle all resident interactions including the 2-A.M. emergency calls. We also handle all non-emergency calls such as leaky faucets and cover the first $150 of repairs at no cost to the owner. Not to mention, professional deep cleaning services are conducted every 6 months, keeping your property in tip-top condition.
